A classmate sums up the uncertainty principle like this: "It is simply that by looking at the electron with a photon, we push it and change its velocity. With a delicate enough instrument, we could therefore know position and velocity at the same time."

Explain why this summary is incorrect, and give the true origin of the uncertainty principle.
